Share a Smile Referral Program

We would like to thank our patients for choosing us to care for you and your family’s dental needs. It is always our number one goal to provide you with the highest quality dental care in a friendly and warm environment.

We hope that the dental care you received will inspire you to make your friends and family aware of our practice. This is why we have established our Share a Smile program- to say thank you in such a way that you will be able to save money on dental work.

The Share a Smile program operates in the following way:

• Download the Share a Smile card.
• Fill out your name and contact information on the $50 referral card.
  
• Give the card to someone you know who has never been to our practice in the past.
  
• When the new patient you referred to us brings the referral card to our office at the time of his or her first appointment, we will thank you with a $50 Dental Care Certificate that you can use for your next dental treatment. *
  

There is no limit to the amount of certificates that you can earn. Bring them in for your next visit and apply them towards routine dental services or cosmetic dental services such as the Zoom Whitening System that we offer.

*Terms and Conditions

Certificates cannot be redeemable for cash or toward a previously completed dental treatment. Not valid with any other offers. Not valid for your spouse, minor children, or any other members of your household. You will be rewarded for each new family that you refer to our practice, not for each member of that family.

For example, if you refer your neighbor, you will receive a $50 Dental Care Certificate when your neighbor comes in for dental work, but you will not receive additional $50 Dental Care Certificate(s) if that neighbor’s spouse or children come in, as they are part of the same household.

Philips Zoom! Contract

The Endless Whitening Program, as the contract is called, is one way to ensure that you have a bright smile for many years to come.  This program is open to patients at least 18 years of age and older who purchase a whitening procedure and who undergo an initial complete dental exam.  

As long as you keep up with your regular six-month oral hygiene appointments after the initial exam, you will be rewarded with ongoing touch-up syringes at no additional cost.
